We want you to love your Damson Madder pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging or a secure alternative, ensuring the parcel is well-sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Parcel
Download your prepaid shipping label or QR code from the portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
